Having grown up in Lake Stevens, WA, he has a terrific understanding of the Northwest region, ranging from small communities and organizations to the housing market on a much grander scale. Cooper studied locally at Western Washington University, before moving down to Santa Barbara, CA, where he focused his studies on Real Estate. In 2013 he moved back to the great Pacific Northwest and began his Real Estate career.
