About Kate Jacobs

As a 4th generation PNW native, I have a deep appreciation for the communities that make this region such a wonderful place to call home.  With more than 10 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, I've had the privilege of helping over 160 families successfully buy and sell homes throughout Snohomish, King, and Pierce Counties. My business is built on connection, communication, honesty, and putting my clients' best interests first.  I specialize in helping sellers showcase their homes at their absolute best. From preparing your home for the market to highlighting its unique features, my goal is to maximize its appeal and attract the right buyers.   I'm also very passionate about assisting homeowners who are downsizing, transitioning into retirement, settling an estate or helping parents navigate the next chapter of homeownership.  I understand that these moves often involve much more than buying or selling a home. They require patience, thoughtful planning, and a trusted advocate by their side.  

When I'm not working, most of my time is spent with my family-my amazing husband Jason, our wonderful daughter Dollie and our beloved Chocolate Lab Jovi.  We are always out exploring, experiencing new things and spending time with friends.  I have lived in Bothell for over 10 years and am proud to call this area my home.
