Tyler Tachell grew up in the shadows of real estate building homes with his dad, a contractor and a small scale investor. He eventually purchased his first home at 23 years old, and has been pursuing investments ever since. Tyler strongly believes that one of the heaviest hitters is real estate investing is time. He purchased his first homes on the brink of th 2007 downturn, but weathered the storm. He has learned that it is not always timing, but time in the market. “Don’t wait to buy real estate. Buy real estate and wait.” He expanded his home knowledge by acquiring his Home Inspecting license in 2009, then Real Estate Broker’s license in 2016. To date, he remains active in both while managing personal investments, short and long term rentals, multifamily buildings and a partnership in syndications as well as project management on various large projects. Tyler’s wife also obtained her real estate license so, together, they are able to take care of clients’ needs, goals and ultimate success. Tyler’s knowledge about in- and out-of-state markets allows him to assist clients with the approach that best fits their needs. He is passionate about sharing his experience, education and skilled intuition with others interested in real estate ventures on a local and national scale.
