Zoe’s background in real estate spans both residential brokerage and large-scale institutional property operations, giving her a unique perspective on how to evaluate and position real estate from both a homeowner and investment standpoint. Earlier in her career, she represented buyers and sellers across the Eastside residential market, guiding clients through the purchase and sale of homes in many of the communities she serves today.
In parallel with residential sales, she held leadership roles managing multifamily and mixed-use real estate portfolios across Washington State, overseeing more than $2 billion in managed real estate assets. Her experience includes working on complex projects ranging from multifamily communities to luxury residential towers. She was responsible for underwriting multi-phase development projects, analyzing asset performance, preparing strategic marketing and leasing plans, and collaborating with ownership groups and development teams on some of the region’s largest real estate initiatives.
This institutional experience allows her to approach every transaction with a deep understanding of market dynamics, investment performance, and long-term property value. Prior to returning fully to real estate brokerage, she also held a leadership position with Delta Air Lines, where she managed large operational teams and delivered premium service experiences for clients around
