About Mariesa Holm

If you need a proactive guide when buying or selling Real Estate, look no further than Mariesa Holm. Since 2011 she has worked in Real Estate – both on the Lending side and on the Buying/Selling side. She assisted with over 400 purchases and sales for top producing agents early in her career, then has gone on to help 100+ of her own clients. She has seen a wide variety of price points & home styles.

Mariesa’s specialty is assisting first-time home buyers & sellers with purchasing and/or selling their first home. Her clients comment on how well she communicates with them and that she goes above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable with one of the biggest transactions of their lives.

Mariesa is especially good at envisioning home renovations to increase equity and is happy to help coordinate fixes and/or updates for her clients. Mariesa has done extensive renovations to her own home that enables her to share her remodeling experience with buyers and sellers to make renovations less daunting. In the Summer of 2021 Mariesa and her husband purchased their first investment property, and again in March 2023, going on to sell both properties in 2025. She can share her knowledge of that process and what to look out for when purchasing and/or selling income-producing properties - there are definitely things to look out for!

Beyond closing Mariesa loves staying in touch with her clients at least twice a month by sending an eReport & a monthly mailing with valuable information such as home maintenance tips, market updates, and tips when traveling. Mariesa holds client appreciation events such as wine tasting & also pops-by twice a year to check in with her clients. Ultimately Mariesa wants her clients to view her as a proactive guide during their Real Estate transaction, but also a trusted friend beyond closing.

In her spare time Mariesa enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids (one girl and one boy!), engaging with their local church, exercising (Crossfit, TRX, running, at-home workouts, spin...you name it she has probably done it!), traveling, and enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. It's amazing all the new places you can come across despite living in the Seattle area since 2007!
