Mariesa has done extensive renovations to her own home that enables her to share her experience with buyers and sellers to make renovations less daunting. In the Summer of 2021 Mariesa and her husband purchased their first investment property and in Spring 2023 their 2nd investment property. She can share her knowledge of that process and what to look out for when purchasing an investment property – there are definitely things to look out for!
Beyond closing Mariesa stays in touch with her clients by sending an eReport & a monthly mailing with valuable information such as home maintenance tips, market updates, and traveling tips. Mariesa holds annual client appreciation events such as wine tasting & also pops-by with useful gifts her client’s love! Ultimately Mariesa wants her clients to view her as a proactive guide during their Real Estate transaction, but also a trusted friend beyond closing. In her spare time Mariesa enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, attending church, exercising, and enjoying all the PNW has to offer via hiking, water sports, local eateries, and now owning a cabin and a beachhouse!
