Raffle Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Requirements: The raffle is open to individuals who are legal residents of the U.S. and are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of FIRST AND MAIN are not eligible to enter. The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
Entry Instructions: To enter the raffle, participants must enter their name, phone, and email either by using the form from the QR code or the sheet at the event. There is a limit of one entry per person. Any attempt to enter more than the permitted number of times will void all entries for that individual.
Prize Information: One winner will be selected at random to receive a prize package valued at approximately $500, including outdoor chairs, collapsible wagon, outdoor blanket, cooling towels, first aid kit, portable charger, $50 Pizza Coop gift card, $25 Tarte Bakery gift card, two wine tumblers, a charcuterie board and cookbook, and a tasting for four at Matthews Winery. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $500.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted on August 11,2025 at 12:00 PM PST. Winners will be notified via phone or email within 5 business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 48, an alternate winner will be selected.
Giveaway Dates: The raffle begins on July 9, 2025 at 12:00 PM PST and ends on August 10, 2025 at 7:00 PM PST.
