Phil graduated from Northwest University with a degree in Organizational Communication and an emphasis in Marketing.
While completing his education, Phil earned an internship with his previous brokerage, a nationwide commercial real estate investment brokerage firm. With this experience, his interest and passion for real estate began to form. Upon graduation, he joined full-time as a broker representing investors in the acquisition and disposition of their property.
Phil then left the real estate business to pursue a career as a talent acquisition advisor. During this time, Phil learned invaluable skills on how to lead with empathy and be human-centered in his approach. These are viewpoints that drive every interaction with his clients along with a belief that the adage of “It’s not personal, it’s just business” is both archaic and irrelevant.
After getting another opportunity to get back into real estate, Phil saw it as a way to “scratch” that itch again and jumped on the opportunity.
Phil his wife and their three children, live in Kirkland and can be found rooting for their favorite Seattle area sports teams as well as vacationing at what is quite literally “Heaven on Earth” in Lake Chelan.
