About Ashley Duppong

Ashley Duppong brings more than a decade of real estate experience and a practiced eye for design to First And Main. Based in Woodinville and serving buyers and sellers throughout King and Snohomish counties, she pairs thoughtful guidance with a deep understanding of how a home’s presentation, functionality, and potential influence its value.

Ashley began her real estate career in 2013, working alongside veteran broker Jani Spencer as an assistant and buyer’s agent before becoming a business partner. Her experience spans a diverse range of properties and price points, with particular expertise in Woodinville, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Sammamish, Carnation, and Fall City.

Before entering real estate, Ashley spent seven years in the remodeling and construction industry while studying interior design at Bellevue College. In 2010, she founded Ashley Laura Designs, helping clients plan renovations and select finishes and paint colors. That hands-on experience remains central to her approach today. She helps sellers identify purposeful improvements and staging opportunities that strengthen a home’s market appeal, while helping buyers see possibilities beyond a property’s current appearance. Grounded in local knowledge and attentive service, Ashley brings a practical, creative perspective to every transaction.
